All shipping dates are estimates and rely on a third party shipping services such as USPS and UPS. Any item that is marked with a delivered status by the delivery service completes the transaction and Elderwise Organics cannot be held liable for anything that happens there after. This includes, unable to locate the item, or theft. 

You must also confirm you have the correct address; Elderwise Organics is not responsible for unverified or incorrect addresses.
